About then directors/founders
Michael Moss is a seasoned business consultant with decades of international and local consulting experience.
More recently, Michael has produced over 100 business valuations for small and medium-sized businesses in the Myrtle Beach, SC and Jacksonville, FL
areas. He is credentialed by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analyst Financial
Forensics (MAFF). He has two Masters degrees, one in Business/Entrepreneurship, and the other in Accounting. At the University of Florida, he received the
Thomas S. Johnson Entrepreneurial Scholar award, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for Business. He is a Coastal
Carolina University Faculty Member focused on Finance.
Previously, while based in New York City, London, and Paris, Michael led over 60 strategy development, performance improvement, and technology
selection consulting engagements throughout the world. He was trained by, and worked for or with, four major consulting firms: McKinsey & Company
(strategy), IBM Consulting Group (technology), Ernst & Young (performance improvement), and PA Consulting Group (innovation). Before pursuing his
international career, he obtained an undergraduate degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and completed nine Graduate Economics Courses
at Virginia Commonwealth University while working as a consultant at a regional bank in Richmond, Virginia.
Isabella Ridge contributes a fresh, complimentary consulting perspective shaped by her background in management and communications, being a Senior at
Coastal Carolina’s Wall College of Business. She brings insight in business development, organizational improvement, and emerging technologies, helping
connect proven consulting methods with today’s evolving business needs.
Isabella is pursuing specialist consulting certifications from the Project Management Institute, Balanced Scorecard Institute, Six Sigma Global Institute, and
American Productivity & Quality Center. She is committed to combine her consulting career with graduate business education, having enrolled in the MBA
program at Coastal Carolina’s Wall College of Business.
Together, Michael and Isabella combine global consulting experience with next-generation business thinking to deliver powerful solutions, personalized
support, and a genuine commitment to helping businesses in the Carolinas achieve success and build wealth.
